The fattest kid in the world is a girl of seven years in Chicago, which weighs just under 200 kilos and although doctors warn that the girl will not celebrate her next birthday unless she keeps a severe diet, the parents of the child continue to satisfy her appetite. In this clip you can see Jessica Gaude, aged only seven years, eating in a day as some children eat in half a year. The girl consumes daily ten thousand calories, eat 15 hamburgers and fries and a few kilograms of chocolate. Only at the breakfast, she drinks two liters of cola, eats bread and chips. Because of those 220 kilos, Jessica can not stand on feet. Besides that she is or was the fat kid in the world … had also the most significant changes. She miraculously managed to weaken through diet and exercise.
